What does qa3ida mean in Arabizi?
qa3ida is how you write قاعِدة in Arabizi, the Arabic chat alphabet. It means “foundation, basis, precept”.
The 3 stands for ع (ayn): a throaty sound. No clean English equivalent. 3 is a mirrored ع.
